Terms of Service
Effective date: June 13, 2026
These terms govern the use of Eddo (eddo.live), a QR-menu and table-ordering platform for restaurants. By creating a restaurant account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Eddo lets restaurants publish a digital menu reachable by scanning a table QR code. Guests browse in their browser — no app, no account — place orders into a shared table cart, and can leave an optional rating and comment. Staff manage menus and orders from a dashboard.
Guests pay at the table, directly with the restaurant. Eddo does not process guest payments online and is not a party to the transaction between a restaurant and its guests.
Plans & billing
Subscriptions are priced per restaurant location, per month:
- Starter — $50 per month per location
- Pro — $100 per month per location
- Premium — $150 per month per location
Billing terms
Billing is monthly. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are not refunded.
Demo mode
A demo of the product is available without signing up. It is for evaluation; demo data may be reset at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Eddo lawfully and reasonably. In particular, you will not:
- Use the service for anything unlawful or misleading, including content you have no right to publish
- Attempt to break, probe, or overload the service, or access data belonging to other restaurants or guests
- Resell or sublicense the service without our written agreement
- Use automated means to scrape or disrupt the service
Your content
Menus, prices, photos, and other content you publish remain yours. You grant us the rights needed to host and display it to your guests as part of operating the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your menu, including prices and allergen information.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eddo's total liability related to the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify account holders by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
